01What Agentic Pilot is

Quality is what you bought. Acceptance is what you have.

Every vendor sells Q. Phase 2 measures A. The product of the two is the only number that matters.

Phase 1 freed the room. Phase 2 fills it with agents — the right ones, against the right work, instrumented from day one. The trap is to declare victory at deployment. Deployment is the start of Phase 2, not the end.

The Execution Autonomy Index measures whether your people actually use what you bought. A pilot that scores 9 on Quality and 2 on Acceptance produces a lift of 18 — against a top theoretical score of 100. Most enterprise AI rollouts live around there and call it a win. They aren't.

Phase 2 is a 30-day instrumented sprint against the vital few named in Phase 1. Three agents, three workflows, weekly acceptance reviews, a measurable lift booked against the coordination tax baseline. The output is the Agentic Pilot Blueprint — a replicable pattern that scales into Phase 3.

Quality × Acceptance = Execution

The formula that explains why most enterprise AI pilots produce a fraction of their promised lift. Multiplicative, not additive.

The strategic answer to model commoditization. Q goes to zero. A is the moat.

03Your view of Agentic Pilot

What Agentic Pilot does for you.

Phase 2 lands differently from each seat at the leadership table.

CEO View

Agentic Pilot is the proof point you need before you scale the AI thesis to the board.

Vendors will tell you their model is best. The board will ask you what your people actually do with it. Phase 2 produces the answer: a measured Execution Autonomy lift against a named cost baseline. Decision-rights stay with the humans; the agents take the coordination weight.

CFO View

Agentic Pilot turns the Phase 1 coordination tax number into booked savings.

Phase 1 produced the floor. Phase 2 produces the lift. The Execution Autonomy Index is the line item that ties AI spend to AI return, instrumented weekly. Pilots that don't measure A are sunk cost dressed as innovation. This one is dressed as math.

CHRO View

Agentic Pilot shifts manager behavior from coordinator to strategic steward.

The +17 / +22 / +30 frontier-manager pattern is what acceptance looks like in practice. When the agent takes the coordination load, the manager has the bandwidth to do the human work nobody else can do. Phase 2 is how you make that shift visible and rewarded.
